Atomic Alibi

The Atomic Alibi Snowboard is crafted for those looking to find an all-mountain freestyle board that can withstand any conditions or terrain. The Alibi has currently won the Transworld Snowboarding Good Wood Award more times than any other board and for good reason. The CNC milled wooden core provides the pop you need off of obstacles while the twin tip design of the board takes care of any slope you encounter. The sintered base provides top speed in the groomers or on the steeps and can withstand the icy abuse of ungroomed rails. The Alibi’s progressive sidecut adds additional pinpoint control to the board for perfect turns on the corduroy.

The Atomic Alibi is noted for being able to handle almost any freestyle situation. The metal edge makes it much smoother on rails and because it is so lightweight it is incredibly responsive. It also provides a lot of pop from both the nose and tail. There have been some issues with the construction of the board, with cracks appearing in the topsheet, allowing moisture in to weaken the core. The problems are small and the warranty quite good, so it should not detract from one of the best freestyle boards on the market. The Atomic Alibi comes in six standard sizes and has three wide offerings: 149, 153, 156, 156W, 159, 161W, 163, 165W and 167cm.
