Flow Quantum
The Flow Quantum is a freestyle snowboard. It is the personal ride of Flow team rider Scotty Lago. The Quantum is a true pipe and park board with Flow's TrueFlex wood core, a Quadrax glass layer and Whiskey Royale energy plates. These feature provide a light weight, snappy board with a soft flex. The Quantum also features a true twin tip design. Freeriders will need to look elsewhere!
The Flow Quantum was a Transworld Snowboarding 'Good Wood' winner for 2008! Riders love the board too. The Quantum is definitely on the forefront as far as snowboard technology goes. The brass edges on the Quantum help to reduce rusting. If you are looking for a premium freestyle snowboard, the Flow Quantum could very well be the board for you. The Flow Quantum comes in sizes 152, 156 and 159.

This board is simply AMAZING! I have the 2007 model, and they didn’t change a thing for 08. You know why? Because it was absolutely perfect. From jibs to hitting huge aris in the park, this thing holds up. Its base is super fast even without wax, and its buttery when you want it to be, and has tons of pop when you need it… Great BOARD!!!

no way any other board beats it for its price. and when i say for its price i dont mean just because its cheap its good for the price. i actually beats most or all of the more expensive boards. tons and tons of pop. huge airs are soooo easy on this board. i also have the 07′ version and i like the graphics better on the 07′ than the 08′. sometimes this board may not be as fast as your friends, but it makes up for the speed with the pop. jibbing is also amazing on this board. flex is good enough when and where you want it, can also be stiff enough so you dont slip off the rails. excellent board, excellent company.

I bought this board for my son as his first board after completing his training on a rossignol board provided by the indoor slope trainers. The idea was to provide a decent board for freestyle training.
On his first run, his comments were that the board was very smooth on the ruts, and very easy to control. He felt more confident on this board than the hire boards. Since then, he has done a lot of freestyle, and absolutely loves the board. The board gave him begginner confidence but has progressed with him to freestyle competance.
I bought thi sboard from Peter Glen whilst in the U.S. (i’m in U.K.), so the combination of sale price, and good exchange rate, meant that this board was incredibly priced. Fantastic value.
Word of caution given to me by the guys in the shop…be careful to get the edges serviced by hand by someone experienced…the brass edges apparently get wrecked if they are ground by machine, which are set up for the steel edges.
Last point, My son is a bit of a rock fan and he loves the Scotty Lago graphics.
Buy this board with full confidence, whatever level you are at.

I got this board last season and fell in love with it after the first run. It is just so versatile. The brass edges are brilliant. The only reason I gave features a 9, is because if it was equipped with the magne-traction cut as opposed to the standard radial cut I believe it could possibly be one of the best boards out. But not all of us can be perfect with our Banana Technologies and magne-tractions, right T. Rice?

Love this board. I bought it “used”. i say used because the guy rode it once and wanted to sell it and i dont know why. it is great all around and better at park than any board ive ridden.

amazing board, works perefect in every condition I have put it through. Love the brass edge makes for perfect carving on any day, warm or F*&(ing freezeing. The only problem is the board looks so damn good have had three times were people tried to walk off with it so i had to buy a lock for it.
