K2 Gyrator

The K2 Gyrator Snowboard utilizes the patented rocker construction technology to mimic the effect and form of a surfboard. This reversed curve allows the board to rise and stay atop the surface of soft powder even while the rider remains centered in their stance, allowing easier landings, less burn in the legs, and strong, crisp turns in powder. The Superlight Core tapers slightly at the tips to allow for easier spins while the progressive sidecut makes the Gyrator as maneuverable as needed to take on any part of the mountain.

Riders are both impressed and astonished by the integration of the rocker construction into the K2 Gyrator and the effect it has on both the stance and the feel of the board. It allows riders to keep from transferring weight to their back foot to keep floating in deep powder. It also allows the option to ride switch easily. The soft flex is great for carving groomers and crud. Generally, it is a good board to have on hand for those that see a lot of powder. It is recommended to try the Gyrator out first if possible to get acclimated to the different style of riding it requires. The K2 Gyrator comes in three lengths: 158, 162, and 168cm.
